The truth about Sugar

Last week I read an article describing what sugar is and what it is good for us. I am posting this thing here as I thought it is important for us to know about SUGAR. People diagnosed with polystic ovaries syndrome should take care of intake of sugar a lot, as it leads to dangerous disease such as diabetes. So I thought it is good for us to know something more about sugar.
First for this we should understand sugar, for that we should know what kind of sugar we intake. I myself take sugar from grocery store and that is refined sugar. It is a processed with many chemical substances such as sulphur dioxide, activated carbon, calcium hydroxide and phosphoric acid, which in turn takes away all the nutrients. This sugar is what we intake in our daily life.
It is interesting to know that lot of people think raw sugar is a natural sugar, but the fact is that it is also refined sugar. The go through a process where they are washed, boiled, filtered and dried. This process removes all the necessary nutrients from the sugar left with artificial sweetness. And I hope all know that artificial sweetness is more harmful than refined sugar.
Sugar is a very deadly addiction and due to this people suffer various health issues and diseases. So what’s good for us? Intrinsic sugars are the natural sugars. This can be found in fruits and vegetables. It is best way to intake sugar naturally, these fruits and vegetables are not refined so intake of this sugar wouldn’t harm in anyway. Proper intake of fruit and vegetable daily will help to keep a balance in your diet with the amount of sugar to intake and live a healthy lifestyle.

Report for the day!

Hey everybody, how are you all? I am doing fine and happy. Yea I know it is after such a long time I am posting here. I was unable to blog from past few months as I was busy in some or the other things. My life is going very well so as my periods. After one year I did some test to check that what all improvements I have made in this one year with this polystic ovaries syndrome. I did sonography and in that test I came to know that there is an improvement in my periods. Now I get regular periods and within the due date. Happy for that, but sometimes its late as I don’t have a proper lifestyle. Earlier, I used to eat anything and at anytime, now I take care of what I intake. I must say it is quite difficult to control the taste and live a healthy lifestyle by just having fruits and vegetables. I am trying to improve myself and still sometimes I do cheat ;) Still it’s good for me as I am trying to improve and I am happy for that.
