Can't stop thinking ?????

Hey everybody,
This time my periods date cycle are late. Its like about one week late. But frankly speaking from last two months i have not visited the doctor yet. Its only because last time my doctor had said me to take a sonography test and then visit so that we can see where i stand. But i am not taking it seriously and consuming anything which i like on daily basis. The most important thing is that i cant stop thinking about not consuming all the yummy foods. From past 2months i am consuming loads of outside food, junk food, street food which is not at all good for my health but still i cannot stop myself eating.

Long bread sandwich
Dahi Puri
Mendu Vada

Due to all these food items that i intake every day my body and especially my tummy size is increasing. I really cant stop thinking about all these yummy and mouthwatering food items. But to improve my health i got to stop consuming all these items.

When the world says Give up, Hope whispers... Try it one more time.

I had promised myself here that i will reduce my weight within a certain period as per this post

Time to awake

From past few months I avoided all the things which I knew was not good as I am diagnosed with pcos still I continue with my routine and didn’t care for what I was doing. I started having all fry items, once a week I had outside food, and when I visited my uncle’s place I had a complete junk food which was not good for my body. And apart all this i didn’t care about my weight. From past 4months I am still 55kg. Now this is not good. Though my doctor had advice me to exercise or at least walk I didn’t take it seriously. And see now where I stand. My weight is still the same and in some parts of my body it seems like fat is being collected such as thighs, hands, cheeks. There are loads of fats in my waist line. Due to this it’s hard for me to wear many tops and t-shirts as it’s embarrassing. I was very lazy to exercise... But now finally I am awake and can see what wrong things I am doing with my body. I have to stop it before it’s too late. From now on I will surely take care of my body and will keep a track on the foods I am consuming and doing exercise. Within six months my goal is to reduce the weight from 55kg to 48kg. That is 7kg. For this I will keep a plan a fitness schedule so that exercising becomes part of my weekly routine. After six months I will surely lose my weight. Now let’s start with today...

But I didn’t do it. But this time i will. I won’t say many things but will prove it by doing it as this time even my mommy wants me to lose weight.

Jogging day

Oh what can I say? My day was completely fine until and unless I was meeting my friend. It was really bad day then as he made me run. Oh god very bad experience. After a long time I was jogging. It was very tiring. I took around 3 to 4 rounds. But even that was very bad for me as the playground was big. And the most shocking thing was my dear friend was behaving like a coach and shouting and forcing me to run. For the first time in my life I had listen to someone for jogging. J After taking rounds my legs were completely tired. I could barely stand on my legs. By this I came to know I am not at all fit. I am not at all fit. This time my friend has promised me to make me run every day. Hope this happens. Wish me good luck.

Tip of the week

Switch to wheat instead of "white". Even pasta comes in wheat these days.
